What Aventopay cannot support.
Compliance and card-network rules impose certain exclusions. Here is the explicit list.
Refused activities
These activities cannot be accepted on Aventopay, without exception. Any attempt to circumvent (inaccurate declaration, post-activation change of activity) results in immediate account closure.
Activities under enhanced review
These activities are acceptable but subject to more in-depth review at activation: economic model documentation, screenshots, user T&Cs.
In-app purchases, cosmetics, virtual currency without conversion.
Verification of claims and product compliance.
Control of delivery times and service execution.
Verification of the collecting organisation.
Consequences of non-compliance
- Suspension of the merchant account and freezing of ongoing payouts
- Termination without notice (CGV §5)
- Reporting to relevant authorities for criminal offences
- Retention of logs for the AML legal duration (5 years)
