Frequency & timing

Consult your payouts
In your dashboard, the "Payouts" view lists all past and upcoming payouts:
- • Net amount paid (after Aventopay commission)
- • Bank transfer execution date
- • References of included transactions
- • Status (scheduled / executed / pending / suspended)
- • CSV export for accounting
Edge cases
First payout
The first payout following activation may take longer (up to 5-7 business days) as initial compliance checks are performed. Subsequent payouts follow the normal cadence.
Suspended payout
A payout may be temporarily suspended in the following cases:
- Additional documents requested by our compliance team
- Abnormal chargeback spike detected on your activity
- Recent IBAN change — bank verification in progress
You are notified by email. Contact support@avento-pay.com if you don't have an explanation after 48h.
IBAN change
A new IBAN requires a fresh bank verification. Expect 2-4 business days during which payouts are held.
